Round 1 - Individual so anyone can turn up and play on their own
Round 2 - Group/interclub round, so anyone can put a team together or garden clubs can compete as a group. Individuals can also join the team round as we'll create a few extra teams on the day which you can join. The group round will be played via the Zoom breakout rooms, so please register the name of your team by the end of the 7th December.
You can play just for fun, but if you would like to compete for prizes, answers will need to be submitted via a Google Forms Answer Document which will be provided on the day of the quiz. At the end of each round, the google form will need to be completed and submitted. After each round & once the forms are submitted, the winners will be announced and correct answers will be given.
Prizes winners will need to provide contact details such as name, address, email address to receive prizes.
You might even win a prize for just turning up as any extra or unclaimed prizes will be allocated randomly to entrants.
If you need any help & to reduce the chance of technical issues on the day, we are also running a practice session the day before on Tuesday 7th December at 7.30pm. You'll be able to test out all the functions, the form submission and ask any questions.
If you'll be participating in the group round, please ensure you're Zoom app is updated to the latest version (at least V5.8 ). If you're only participating in the individual round this is not necessary.
